FROM THE AMAZON TO THE CLIFFS OF JAPAN, CHECK OUT THESE AWESOME COMMUNITY CATCHES!
Last time we covered June and July, so this time most of these fish (with a couple of exceptions) will have been caught during August and September. Some amazing predatory fish have been caught using a range of methods including deadbaits, lures and even livebaits. With the inclusion of the Zander caught by George from Adventure Fishing UK, our rods have landed all of the 'big 3' UK predatory species over the last two months. Another notable mention is the pike on our unhooking mat in the bottom right, as it was caught by our founder Andy Rigg's son, James.

As always, we've seen a variety of coarse fish caught on our rods this summer. Here's the pick of the bunch, and we're especially excited to see angling writer and guide Duncan Charman amongst the ranks. He's really pulled it out of the bag catching a specimen crucian carp and a sizeable tench on our Travel float 2-in-1 fishing rod.

Trout and salmon are definitely some of the hardest-fighting fish species out there, and it's always fantastic to see them caught. Acrobatic, beautiful and often inhabiting the UK's most scenic locations, it's no surprise so many people love catching them!

This isn't a segment we'll be able to show you very often, we don't see too many catfish caught on our travel rods! Kicking things off, Martin from Vildmark caught a 38-pounder, possibly the largest fish to ever be caught on a Rigged and Ready rod. You may also remember Carl Dahlen, who repaired his infinite ultimate while out in the Amazon and went on to catch two stunning catfish. George from Adventure Fishing UK caught his accidentally while targeting zander on lures, it made for a very exciting YouTube video! Click here to watch it!

Being a travel rod brand, we get very excited about seeing catches from abroad. Our rods are made for adventure, and there's nothing better than seeing them out doing just that. A particular highlight is Rick from Rick T Outdoor Adventure who caught this chunky smallmouth bass while on a canoe trip in Canada!

There have been plenty of exciting sea fish caught on our rods recently, with these being the highlights. Nice bass, wrasse and much more. And how about that sole? That's a very interesting-looking thing! The sea trout was actually caught about 15 miles up a river, so while not technically caught sea fishing it definitely fits the bill. Migratory fish are so special!
Thank you very much for reading, and to those that take the time to send in your catches, we really appreciate it!
