FISH RIG SPINNERS & SPOONS

We are proud to announce the arrival of our Fish Rig 100% Barbless Spinners and Spoons Sets. Premium spinners and spoons, in classic trusted designs with a twist;

1. 100% barbless, for better fish care, and to comply with Fishing Club rules and the law in Wales!

2. Hooks easily changed to suit your fishing style. They are pre-made with super sharp carbon steel single hooks, with spare trebles in each pack. The simple hook change can also make each lure weedless by adding a weedless hook or soft bait.

3. The tackle box, has foam inserts to stop your lures tangling. As well as this each pack has quick change snaps as standard.

Why Barbless Hooks?

All UK fishing clubs insist on barbless hooks, however lure companies seem to forget this and 99% supply barbed hooks. Crushed barbs on hooks are not ideal for fish or for anglers (we all know this). We believe barbless hooks offer;

1. Less Injury to fish. A barbless hook causes less damage to the fish reducing the trauma.

2. Less Injury to you! Just as they’re easier to remove from fish and less painful to remove from you.

3. Better Hooksets. Barbs create resistance that makes it harder for the hook point to penetrate.

Classic Trusted Styles

The Fish Rig Spinners are inspired by the classic Vibrax Blue Fox spinner. We have no fancy colours to catch the angler, just gold, silver and bronze to catch fish. Most importantly there are a range of sizes, including zero, where the bell design creates a heavy easily cast spinner even on a small 0 size.

The Fish Rig Spoons come in gold and silver, ranging from 2.5g to 20g. We chose the design for a great weight to size ratio. 2.5g spoons are hard to find, and the 20g spoon is incredibly compact for easy, long distance casting.

Fishing Weedless

The great advantage for all the Spinners and Spoons is that the hooks can be easily changed to a weedless fishing style. They can be fished through weed beds, snags, reed beds and submerged obstacles, where other lures cannot be used.

They can be cast and retrieved exactly like spinner and spoon lures or jigged into any fish holding location.
